🔴 Key Bugs
Unrecognized Alarm Codes — 0x103D / 0x303C / 0x1045
Abel Zarazua
Returns "Unrecognized alarm code" · 0x303C added to dictionary, others in progress
aPower Model Misidentified (aPower 2 → aPower S)
Abel Zarazua
Wrong model leads to inapplicable troubleshooting steps · Fix scheduled
Relay Fault D-Level Assessment Too Aggressive
Josh Brooks
Extremely high false positive rate — not all cases warrant hardware replacement · KB optimization pending
EPO Causality Chain Inverted
Heng Li / Johnson Yang
"Battery depleted → EPO triggered" logic is incorrect — EPO is the cause, not the result · Fix in progress
Service Intermittently Unavailable
Abel Zarazua
Intermittent "Service temporarily unavailable" during report generation · Dev team investigating
✨ Feature Requests & 💡 Optimizations
Historical Data Analysis (Event Logs / Relay State Trend)
Adrian / Heriberto
Current analysis is based on active alarms only — historical logs needed · Planned
Session Continuity — Inherit Diagnosis History per Site
Heng Li
After re-login, past diagnosis history for the same site should be retained · Next iteration
Summary-First Layout with Expandable Detail
Abhi Iyer
Show key conclusion first, then offer "Learn More" to expand full diagnosis · In planning
Filter Troubleshooting Steps by Hardware Version
Abel Zarazua
aGate 1.3 should not show steps specific to aGate 1.0/1.1 · Fix pending
KB — Field Serviceability Constraints
Heng Li / Johnson Yang
Installers cannot open the battery cabinet or EMS — KB must not suggest on-site disassembly · Being added
📌 All feedback responded to in ClickUp  ·  Bugs scheduled for fixes  ·  Feature requests added to next iteration  ·  Every item has an owner

NEXT STEPS & ACTION ITEMS

What's Next

1
Keep Using Smart Diagnosis & Submit Feedback
The more real cases you test, the faster the knowledge base improves. Report issues directly in ClickUp #868kd21wy — we respond to every comment.
2
Permission Level Spec — To Be Shared for Review
Jeans will prepare the current role & permission level list and share it for discussion — specifically whether T2 and product team permissions need to be expanded. This was raised by Josh in ACCT-009.
3
Log Management Design Review — Your Feedback Needed
We'll be sharing the Log Management product design and interactive demo for your review. Looking forward to your feedback.
4
NEM Solar Export — Need Input from Josh / Ronnie
Log Management Module 3 includes NEM export fixes (Hawaii HEC format error + California NEM-MT new download). Before development, we need to confirm: ① which HEC fields are incorrect; ② the display logic for the NEM-MT download button. Josh / Ronnie — please confirm or provide details.
